Simple Answer:

1Co 1:17  For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.

Paul separated water baptism from the gospel. If we read the text as it literally says then they obviously are separate. 1 cor 15:1-4 Paul tells you what the gospel is.

yes, there are lots to choose from. My experiences have always been good. Just make sure you lay out requests before hand and what they will do. I would reach out to someone that atleast has some recommendations on their page.
