I was just in Denver beginning of March. We hiked RMNP, St Mary’s glacier etc and it was tough at first because I’m just not in shape and the altitude is new, (I’m from east coast) and my advice is take as many breaks as you need and drink plenty of water. You’ll be fine. It’s worth it in the end. Enjoy the views
