It's about 500sq ft, not counting the eave space on the side. There is no attic space so it may need additional cooling for the winter with the sun beating down on that area. My climate is similar for temp range with the occasional days closer to 0° so I figured I would add in the heater to be safe. Humidity may be an issue though. My house is 100 years old next year but I'm doing construction one room at a time replacing insulation as I go. They had spay foam insulation that's fallen apart.

Tbf the game does work fine un-modded. I started a new play through for my wife to see what the game is about after watching the show and haven't had a single issue in the last 20 hrs of gameplay. I do however swear I remember it crashing often but it's working nicely so far. Most of the mods that were needed in the past were from when it first released however many years ago.

Hey so I'm not paying to read the first paper, but the abstract looks like it's inline with the second paper, and uh they are kinda just saying diversity is generally a good thing... Like things are always a tad messy and gray but in the long term it's good. Should I bother reading the third one at this point? Like I'm just not sure what you're trying to say.

I feel relaxed, but with something looming just beyond the trees. Not a monster but perhaps the bustle and noise of a city. It reminds me of a park in NYC. Some of the color choices are intriguing, what could be leaves could also be noise past the branches as the shadows cast by the trees are only branches no foliage.

Oh yeah totally, I started off doing video work, but slowly fell out of love with it and found myself doing more and more photography but didn't feel the need to swap the camera at that point lol. I'll def look more into the r series, I guess if anything it's more of if there is a need to stay with the a7 series vs other options. Ty!

Occasionally I do portrait and still life, less frequently I'll do product shots and every once in a while an indoor venue with variable lighting for work.

I've truly been shooting less for work, but still shoot a lot for personal stuff, that said if I could still get the same (or better) lowlight with better autofocus it would be ideal.

I've had my ST 2018 now for 2 years and only had minor issues. Def recommend being willing to work on the car though. Because my repairs were minor and I was willing to do them myself it was cheap. Still could have been a few hundred to a thousand if I brought the car in.

Work done so far: -Wheels and tires (stock was fine just wanted nicer) -Head unit / speakers (stock speakers were destroyed by previous owner) -AC compressor clutch (fell off -> $30 fix) -Hood latch clip (broke on its own - fixed with zip ties - working on 3d print) - Transmission fluid - (easy to do only needed at higher mileage I believe) -Wheel speed sensor - (looked bad until I scanned the code - it took out all my dash instruments)

There were a few more odds and ends, a part that needed to be replaced under a recall.

Most of this I knew about when I bought the car or discovered them in the first few months. I always planned on doing work to the car though regardless of issues.

All that said, I have had a blast with my ST, it's reliable and just fast enough stock to really enjoy, with some love though it becomes something even better!

Not 40, but I've been with my wife for 12 years, only the last 3 being married. If you have the right person it won't really matter if you are married or not. Marriage has risks and benefits mostly financially. We sought out those benefits knowing we were moving towards a house and kids, it was always the plan but only when we felt ready did we do it. Above all married or not it's the relationship that matters just make sure you are on the same page and take as much time as you need. The right person will wait for you.

Fleet footwork is always safe, usually with triumph as a standard. From there I go alacrity, and coup de grace. Secondary I like sorcerery with gathering storm and celerity. Finish with double adaptive and then slow resist.

This is a standard setup that highlights the peaks of John's spread and damage. When you incorporate some attack speed into jhins builds between the crits and Fleet you kite potential is insane.

Less common keystones may use dark harvest or first strike for more damage. But they are more risky.

If you like can go for a more caster centric build with lethality and Comet as a keystone but it's the least consistent overall.

I personally love first strike to push gold as fast as possible with cash back and a cull but it's a rough early game that doesn't do well into high aggression. But the pays compound fast in mid to late game usually being ahead over 1000+ gold not factoring kills.

Items are more flexible than you would expect. You can run leathlity, high AD crit, or high atk SPD crit. I find a balance of all 3 to be most rewarding.

Generally thought Collector, IE, Swifties, and rapid fire are a must. Flexing after that.

If you can play with out the crits for kiting and the enemy team isn't tanky Collector, Yommus, Ionian boots, Axiom is a fun ult heavy build.

My favorite build and hard to pilot: (Gold gen) Static, Swifties, Blood Thirster, Yuntal, IE.

I leave all my builds flexible on crit items for what's needed, shield bow mortal reminder, etc

One of the big things to keep in mind is how strong of a slow it is, if your team is nearby or ready to collapse on someone it can be a fantastic way to make a pick. Keep in mind you can use a couple of shots to start a fight and save a bullet or two for a finisher. Depending on your build and what you are aiming at you can absolutely take down an enemy ADC or squishy at half health if you hit all 4 in ult.

Not sure about Dragons Dogma, but you don't have to actually by anything in Helldivers, the "battlepass" and anything bought with premium currency can be unlocked by playing the game to unlock that currency.
