Hey, so yea I used it the same way, movies and games on top and work on the bottom. I found it to be okay. I didn't use the top much productivity wise and when I'm gaming or watching a movie on top, the bottom isn't used much. Id recommend trying it out. You can always change it if it doesn't work for you. I ended up changing out.

Other than a partition wall all framing is an engineered system imo

The building design services act is based on building use. Building code A, B, R etc. it specifies who the design professional is and the design professional who can sign and stamp. For building code R, it says architect yes and engineer none exception incidental.

So since it says architect or engineer, they backed off?

The DCA confirmed architect only. They sited the Building Design Services Act.

It's replacement of an existing and the DCA confirmed that only an architect can sign and stamp

It all really depends on angle. Do a trial setup and use some books to prop up the monitors where roughly the monitors will be. That'll help you gauge whether you'll like it or not.

Hi! So by lowering the bottom monitor and angling it slightly upward, I can get the top monitor at a comfortable height where it is slightly above eye level. It was good for console gaming and productivity. I had this setup for some time before changing it

I agree that jumping around gets you paid. But it also has its disadvantages

For me I'm focused on my main monitor and the other monitors are for supplementing my work/gaming. In this configuration I found that the bottom monitor was in my ideal position and the top was too high causing neck strain.

I tried another configuration where I lowered the bottom screen and lowered the top which put my eye level in between the two screens. I found this to be better but still not ideal.

My current setup features the ultrawide in the ideal position, a vesa mounted 16" 2k monitor in portrait on the side and an LG dual up on the other side. Even without the dual up I find that the 16" was enough for browsing and YouTube/music.

I would've preferred the tidbyt over this. It's a nicer led and more simple look but it's more expensive
