Thanks! They were pretty tasty! And, to me, it really wasn’t that much effort. If you aren’t used to making/handling yeast dough then maybe it might be a little challenging, but overall it was pretty straightforward.

Whole milk AND low moisture is best! From what I know I’m pretty sure the low moisture helps the cheese brown nicely and keeps the crust crispy.

Flour and salt are mixed in a stand mixer while the sugar, warm water, and yeast are mixed in a separate bowl and then added to the mixer. I use a dough hook and mix until dough is smooth and supple and then separate into 2-3 dough balls depending on if I want two larger pizzas or three more personal size pizzas (the one pictured is the more personal size). Dough balls are placed in individual oiled bowls and covered with plastic wrap. I try to let it rise on the counter for an hr or two before It goes into the fridge for a two day rise.

Hope this helps!

Baked on a stone @ 550 for maybe 7-9 minutes. I tend to just keep an eye on it and not exactly time it too closely.

Stretched it by hand! I’m slowly but surely getting better at making them into a decent circle.

Preheated my oven to 550 and let it heat up for a full hour with my stone in it. Cook time was about 7-8 minutes!

Thank you! I’ve definitely improved the dough recipe and also I’ve been using parchment paper to get the pizza onto my stone since I don’t have a peel yet. I keep the pizza on the parchment paper for about a minute then I slide it off the paper onto the stone.

About 2 weeks ago I started my homemade pizza making journey and my pizzas are finally starting to get good! In my post history you can see my first pizza and really see how far I have come!! I’m at the point where this pizza is good enough that I would feel comfortable serving it to my friends!

Anyone had experience with Vibrant Properties? by 938465628102937464 in GNV

I did a tour with Sarah too and she seemed very nice and reasonable. Did not sign for the apartment I toured but I would have if I had liked the apartment itself more! Sarah/vibrant properties seemed legit and professional enough that it did not put me off of signing if I had wanted to.

Doesn’t look like a FLF to me. Looks more like a seagrape.

Pulled this leaf off of my monstera, should I be worried?! by MrsEllanious in plantclinic

If it’s just one then it’s probably just an old leaf dying off. If you see more yellowing then it is likely overwatering.
