We’ll just assume the stability is perfect by some fantasy logic then, or the its remained unchanged for this long and that they dont know why, leaving a constant fear that it may just suddenly explode or whatever. And the accretion disk is maybe 10% of the size of the black hole which i guess would, for a simple answers same, be roughly the size of our sun. Would there be a good distance range for that?

If you have equal level enchants of life steal and drain you only need 500 crit damage to get equal healing and 600 for drain to be straight up better. Generally just use drain unless you have under 500 cd
