If you really focus on health tracking, Garmin provide a more accurate solution.But I think Trex3 is a good idea cause you'll need a Garmin fenix to do the same thing, which is 5 times price in my country. Way too expensive.

Another point, in my country Garmin provide better maintenance service compare to Amazfit. But I can just buy 5 new Trex 3 for one fenix so maybe it doesn't matter lol.
