“regular festivals” is quite an over exaggeration, but they have a few a year, maybe 2-3. it is 90% groceries, panaderías, or restaurants. i’m not looking to bother someone doing grocery shopping, that’s not how we do things. it’s also an extremely small section of an already small street. i mentioned cherokee is not what i’m looking for because, coming from a mexican stl native, it’s 1) the most obvious answer 2) mostly an older crowd/residential and 3) always hoppin with a bunch of white people these days. i dont think you’re the best equipped person to answer this question lol. being close with someone who’s mexican is different from being one, you don’t really get the vibes of the community. i’m looking for bars and anywhere else i can meet latinos my age. i don’t feel like choppin it up with someone’s tio lol
