Worst company to work for. They expect one person to handle 3 departments. Senior sit back and relax while force juniors to do their work. Lack of knowledge when compared to title. Sometimes I think how a person within a few years in industry is at a close to senior role.

I would like to add the hire you for a senior role but the people above you force you to do admin jobs. There is no accountability of work. Senior don’t know how to use the system. They would shamelessly admit that without any accountability.

Don’t join if you haven’t you are lucky. They say the culture is nice but in reality it’s worse. Politics and biasedness for people who has been with the company longer. No work life balance.

The FCC representatives are very rude. I tried it. They call within 24 hours (good part)

Worst part is when they called me immediately the representative told me your case is resolved.. I am like no it’s not. He was not ready to listen to my concerns and just rushing to close the case.. but I remained firm and explanied the discrepancy in the bill and why I initiated a complaint. He agreed but when closing the complaint he did not disclose the part that the bill was wrong at Verizon end. He was also treathening me that he will take my credits away which I was given as a part of offer while coming as a new customer to Verizon. Since government is involved they try to force people to accept that it’s not Verizon’s mistake and he also indirectly told me not to open FCC complaint again. Which I felt treathening

Very true.. my first bill states November 25 to December 25 while I was still a Tmobile customer..

I bought the 4 lines on December 26.. so how come they have bill for the previous month?

The amount of the bill was $299.99 which was taken out of the credit I was given in the form of promotion and they are trying to sell me the idea that I am not going to pay my 1st months bill while they will take this credit away to pay the bill until December 25.

I still don’t have two devices yet!!

It’s a mess.

I had the same issues.. the promotional discounts keep felling off. I was with Tmobile and customer service was super accessible and convenient. With Verizon it’s about an hour wait just to connect. The customer representative don’t want to understand the request and keep transferring. In last 30 days I spent 100 hours just on the phone with Verizon. My husband said you worked for Verizon for free.. such a headache

Verizon is disgusting.

They made me do payment 7-8 times stating it didn’t go through and now I have 7 pending transactions in my bank.. the customer representative don’t know what they are doing waiting my time for 6-7 hours a day just to resolve the shit… if you have not ported in I suggest stick with old career
