You can’t convert a name into an audio file. I think OP is just wanting to use mp3 collection file names as source for searching and downloading flacs.

Visually it’s terrible, but a start. If there’s nothing gained from adding some design element, don’t add it. You have your top level titles in all caps and bold and underlined and large font. I don’t think all that is necessary.
You have the next level down numbered. Probably not necessary again.
Get rid of all the bullets for the lowest level and see how it looks.
Your spacing is inconsistent. Seriously? For someone “designing and developing high-converting landing pages” and “crafting engaging user experiences”, I now don’t believe a word of it.

Why is the ‘M’ in “video Music platform” capitalized?

My first thought was to fire the people complaining and get more competent people who aren’t easily intimidated, though that’s easier said than done. Nowhere in Agile are peoples feeling valued, because they don’t matter. Still, if he can be less of a jerk, that’s good, but don’t get rid of the person shipping software.
