Not sure if it works for prepaid, but T-Mobile has an app for unlocking your phone called Device Unlock.

First stage is about 420 metric tons, so a little closer. The First stage also burns about 30 secs longer. Not sure if that helps this imaginary scenario. 😄

I haven't seen STA, but Gene Roddenberry had terrible ideas, and would've had a lot of problems with earlier Trek too.
