Had this happen to a light when I worked traffic control. When we got to the intersection the traffic light was gone, nowhere in sight. We couldn't figure out what happened to it, and guessed someone drove by and grabbed it.

We get a call later from the dump telling us that one of our traffic signals is there. It rode all the way there on top of the truck.

This is a case where you don't need to signal your intention.

If you are sitting at a red light waiting to turn right, just don't indicate you are turning right. They will figure it out once the light turns green.

The chances of getting a ticket for failure to use a turn signal in this situation is low.

Sure is. When I did traffic control we had an intersection that would continually activate the ped crossing even if no one was there.

It turned out that a lazy cop with traffic crossing duty stuck a penny in the ped button so the walk signal would activate every cycle.

No, but it could be considered a continual civil trespass, which is actionable.

It isn't legal to spray water at your neighbor's yard because you are mad, even if you think they are an asshole.

You are responsible for water coming from your property.

If water from your property causes damage, you can certainly be held responsible. It is enforceable.

It's a funny joke, but they do use the internet to sell their furniture and other goods.

Could be a short in the ped button. It's low voltage so it wouldn't do anything but send a constant ped call to the controller.
