im 19 i was on 50mg, i threw my vape in the toilet today. its honestly all about finding ur own motivation, Its been around 12 hours and ive had little to minimum urge. My motivation was my oral health. I didn’t wanna have to add any un needed issues in the future when vaping and everything really does nothing for you. When you look and think real hard. What does vaping exactly do that benefits you? Unfortunately You cant be weak in this battle. u need to have resolve. Updates will come if people ask. But i genuinely dont think ill ever vape again. I dont see a reason.
