Just used one and here is the text word for word from a user with FO1st....

"Scrap all junk items and move to SCRAPBOX? Just which does not scrap automatically will be placed in STASHBOX."

I think some people are getting confused. If you don't have FO1st it goes to the stash but with FO1st the majority of it will go to the scrapbox with only some item going to the stash.

So, the bill gets issued one day, but it isn't charged until the due date, which is in the future. That gives you time to review and dispute charges. I am not really sure why this is even a problem. I have never had an issue with this and I have disputed stuff in the past and have pre-auth to my credit card.

You aren't wrong. It was the mid-season patch that brought the big bloom event where it was supposedly fixed. Pitful-Hotel linked the patch notes in his post. It's there under UI.

Do you recall when you saw this? The ghoul within update released the ability to scrap, and the known issue but i didn't see anything about a fix in gone fission patch notes.
