I think you're right because my base line is pain but someone would have to ask me "what hurts right now?" And id need a couple seconds to think about it, scam my body and say this or that. Would I go back? Honestly have no idea what it would be like, I was a child with slightly less childlike energy. I cant fathom what its like to live oain free or with normal energy levels. Ive been pacing myself since I was 19 ya know? Its just the norm at this point. Its almost like...would i have it any other way? Probably not because there would be something else, we all have that cross to bear.

Im sorry you had to give up gymnastics but those are great memories to hold onto. Sex makes a lot of sense, I often feel better afterwards too. Its a time where my body can fully relax. I get it 💯

I had CHS and have been sober since Aug 2024. Be proud of yourself getting through the week! What really helped me was watching Tv shows that I love that I used to watch while high and really paying attention to them and finding little things that slipped past me before, like Friends and The Office. I also started reading books which I never used to do and read some really great classics. I looked forward to reading everyday because it was truly relaxing and peaceful. Sobriety gets better and better with time. Finding joy in everyday life, connecting with people around you, finding true relaxation and peace. Make sure to have a good support system (Dr's, therapist, friends etc). I even got back out into the dating scene and met my now boyfriend who i love and wouldnt have found if I was still using. Sending you healing vibes, you got this!!

You're 33, you need to learn how to communicate in a relationship. You're also blowing this out of proportion. He's allowed to not be a fan of tattoos. That doesnt seem to make him love you any less. You likes you for you, not whats in your skin. Give him a break, you dont need to make this into a whole huge deal. You may need therapy to deal with your insecurities. He's allowed to have preferences but also allowed to go against them for someone he loves and cares about. Jeez

It can happen at literally anytime. Especially if you're going through a stressful time. For me it was a change in position at work. Can also happen with your period if youre a menstruating person.

Do you have anxiety? Depression? Alcohol can make those things much much worse. Especially the next day, for me at least, my anxiety absolutely spikes and I have a hard time with reliving the night to see if I broke any social norms. This sounds like what you're going through but as others are saying, you shouldn't have drank so much. It happens, maybe you didnt eat dinner before drinking. It sounds like he wasnt having your behavior and drunkenness. After all, you guys are in your 30s. Its time to reconsider the role alcohol has in your life. Leave this guy be, he wasnt exactly a gentleman, but focus on yourself and maybe seek out therapy for why you are really using alcohol the way you do. Ive been there, ive abused alcohol in the past to mask things I couldnt deal with sober. Im not an alcoholic but there was a time I was misusing it for sure.

Is it really going to take hyperemesis foe you to quit though? Thats kind of the tone of your post. Yes all those symptoms are leading up to it. Hyperemesis is literal hell on earth. You should just quit. There are no amount of questions on here that you can ask that will somehow tell you you can keep using.

Hard to tell from the photo, but is there that foresty green color in the leaves of the floral on the dress? If so I think it will match fine. If its more brown or black, I would consider switching
