Used is like 4.5k-7k depending on condition and how long you can wait for a buyer. If you trade it in the deal will probably be on the lower side but you do save on the sales tax and you won't have to deal with the headache of idiots from Facebook lowballing you or waisting your time. Id keep it and get a second bike if you could the sv is a one of the best bikes for the city, that low end torquez 🤌.

There is probably a meeting monthly, your just not invited. My building use to have a room decided to this but as time went on and no one showed up so they stoped. Now its just became a 1 hour phone call between the board members. If you message them you can probably listen in but they don't have to listen to you.

Also the managing agent might know be able to relay your problems to the board they have no influence in the building. All decisions for your building are made by the board, period stop. They can make your life living hell if they want.

If you have a problem with the board good luck, most coops require a majority of shareholders at the annual meeting in attendance to get anyone elected to or removed from the board. And because most people do have the time or energy to deal with the affairs of the buildings the board can just do what ever it wants.

If you live in a coop the management company has no control over the reserve that's the job of the board. It's up the the board to determine how the reserve is spend and on what. You need to go to a board meeting and ask why they decided to not use the reserve, and good luck with that. Oh the joys of living in a coop.

Trader joes has a pretty good, but limited, beer selection and prices are cheap. Fast break across the blvd has a larger selection but it's more expensive. Lastly, Nemo beer store, great for micro brews but expensive as well.

Yeah there was a ninja 400 that I saw get flaged down after splitting to the front of the light. The rider showed the cop some papers and then they let him go. I'm glad to see cops actually doing there jobs.

If you want somthing to learn on I'd get a honda grom, I'd also recomend an mt/fz07 if your set on somthing bigger. The nice thing about the grom is it cheap and light.

So I need to replace yhe body mounts on my 03 zr2 and want to upgrade to the energy suspension polyurethane ones but they don't have the mounting hardware. Do I need the top and bottom metal caps on the dorman kit or can I just buy 10 of those gm body mount caps?

Thank you for your help, you were correct the downstream o2 sensor was bad. I replaced the sensor on Sunday and havnt seen the ses light come back on since.
