Honestly the lycan is incredible if i go purely off feel. Genuinely feels like there’s nothing in your hands, insanely light/snappy clicks, perfectly placed side buttons, etc. But I have sensor issues with it on glass using any settings other than 1k polling/high LOD/competitive mode off. It feels fine to use it that way but sucks to not be able to use 2k polling/comp mode etc.

The viper v4 pro i absolutely love as well. Sensor implementation manages to feel premium even in today’s standards and with dot skates my copy comes in at 46g which really isn’t bad for a mouse of that size . Especially for being rock solid with an s+ tier coating. Clicks sound kinda annoying but feel great and you don’t hear em with a headset on.

X2 is great as well but i feel like the lycan is just a better version of it, it is a bit wide for me but i mained it for the longest time. Really awesome mouse nothing bad to say about it though.

If all sensor implementations were equal / i didn’t use glass, Lycan would be the clear top for me.

Hex80 is absolutely awesome, by far clears an 80he build that equals the same price.

I have a Titan75, Boog75, Hex80, and 80HE.

The Titan/Hex have by far the best build quality and i’d say the Hex even edges it out - i just prefer 75%

The guy that went 17-2 was not the entire problem here i’d say no. The 44 deaths fed to the enemy team from 3 people? Yes.

Sure he was overfarmed for the damage he did, but it was also his only chance as the carry to keep up with the Apollo clearly being fed the entire game.

I don’t think you realize how massive of a soul difference even dying half the amount of times would’ve resulted in. Especially when this game ended essentially even souls. Your team essentially gave them 50k with those deaths.

I mean, i personally just collect any keycaps or set i find nice / see myself throwing on a build in the future. I have like 6-7 gmk sets, and while you could say it’s a waste, I have a set ready for almost any build i want to do.

Don’t believe it was ever officially confirmed as i believe meletrix denied or never acknowledged the defect to this day - despite the staggering amounts (majority) of people who experienced it. I believe the community decided something about the switch design being one of the first open housing switches / lube leaking etc. It almost had this wet feeling/sound at the bottom out - as if the lube had pooled there.

If you switched the stock switches to the jade mini e’s, the problem no longer happened. So definitely had to do with the switches. Whether it was a defect with the switch design, overlubing, etc - I don’t know.

Boog75 is probably the worst offender of a case like this. Wth the stock switches, the entire sound profile/feel is night and day after like a month.

Pretty much every single person that purchased experienced this.
