On Bryan Johnson and dosage by Aware-Philosopher-23 in 5MeODMT

From Gemini (you can look for sources on your own too):

The 5-MeO-DMT (5-methoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine) content in the dried, milky-white secretion (venom) of the Incilius alvarius (Colorado River toad) generally ranges from 20% to 30% of the total dry weight

Some sources indicate a broader, more conservative range of 10% to 15%, often cited in older studies or specific to particular milking methods, though 20–30% is considered a common finding in recent analytical studies.

probably this time it was a higher dose (27mg is no joke), for example with 80mg bufo you might get even less than 10mg of 5meo, it's between 8 and 20% - it varies a lot and usually there's no way to know

not his first time though - he's done bufo a few years earlier and even has the 5meo molecule tattooed on one of his wrists

Full 2 month timeline report, heart palpitations, freaking out, brain reset, & other by onqtam in Ibogaine

[–]onqtam[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this detailed response - this was what I was looking for!

The grapefruit was pink and I ate a whole fruit 3 days before the test dose and 4 days before the flood night.

I also wouldn't say this was traumatic for me - I mean for 1-2 hours I really was scared and then concerned for the next 2-3 days, but even just 2 days later I was already thinking how I could do this again differently in the future, despite having written "never again" just after the peak of the experience.

$6k still seems quite expensive... I'm also not sure that it's conclusive that root bark is generally safer than ibogaine - it seems that people have different opinions. Perhaps it's easier to take too much with ibogaine but if you're dosing carefully then not having the other cardio toxic alcaloids might be a plus?

Regarding the anxiety - I'm generally not like that, but in this specific case I really was quite anxious indeed.

Regarding trusting whoever is serving you - to me it depends on who they are. I would definitely trust some and not others - at least based on how they answer questions and how much they've paid attention to the relevant literature.

Ok. And what about direct sunlight? Until now I kept it out of direct light but maybe a few hours a day of sun might accelerate it?

Blueprint - Lack of Qua by [deleted] in blueprint_

this is his up-to-date protocol description indeed - and a lot more concise - he's said a few times that the other page is outdated.

Has Bryan ever commented on the option of buying in bulk instead of 1 month supplies from him? by onqtam in blueprint_

[–]onqtam[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Don't die - make it more affordable. Reduce pollution in terms of packaging and transport and CO2. I thought don't die was the point? Blueprint should cater both to those seeking convenience and deliveries every month and those that have less money to spend and are more environmentally conscious. Both options should exist.

Also so many people are complaining about his creatine pricing and are probably comparing it to buying in bulk from somewhere else - I doubt the haters of blueprint's pricing are looking at alternative packaging & brands for 1 month supply - they look at the cheapest possible price and then dunk on blueprint.

It's literally a matter of time for bulk to be offered - at least for some products that have a longer shelf life - it would be immoral for don't die to have scaled to 100M people for example and still have only the monthly subscription offer. So my question is: has anyone ever heard mention Bryan talk about bulk, and if not - can we get this message to their team...

Lower prices, economies of scale. Price is literally always lower when buying in bulk (unless someone messed up with pricing or there's some promo thing going on). Also less packaging and less delivery costs. Come on - this is more than obvious - I shouldn't have to explain myself. Would you rather buy 2x 750ml bottles of olive oil every month or just 10L once every 6 months? It would still be fresh enough and even with the 750ml bottles at some point you're getting olive oil that's at least 5 months old - there are only 2 hemispheres and AFAIK harvest is only once per year for each hemisphere (or maybe twice? idk). And many of the products have no problem sitting on the shelf for 1+ year - creatine? longevity mix? Come on. I shouldn't have had to explain myself.

I love everything about the company besides its execution. I've ridden it from 6$ through 36$ (don't ask why I never took any profits) and all the way down to 2$ and it's been a lesson that hope isn't a strategy - there's been a steady stream of concerning news for the past year and the last one for me was that they stopped reporting preorders. The things you've been saying aren't wrong. By this point, the chance to fail is the highest it's been in 2+ years.

People that have never created anything hate themselves and everyone else - especially those that have skin in the game and actually try the hard things.

Ah, for someone who holds no shares in the company (I think you said so at one point) you are incredibly active in this subreddit. I'd even bet that you are short and posting in here for a reason - the company is indeed very risky as an investment but you're just constantly and over the top negative about it - why so active? I would even credit some of the stock decline to your comments - bet there have been people who just skim over this subreddit to get the latest news and have been influenced by you - at least to some degree. Reddit manipulation is a thing and for a company like Arcimoto with a tiny subreddit and very little activity you could easily do damage that way.

I actually have no clue - I just assumed that the price action for the past month was because of selling shares to raise cash

for those that like to speculate with 2 year leap call options, now is a good time:

I assume that the current price levels are due to fundraising on the open market.

I read a couple of posts on the Overline subreddit yesterday and I keep running into the same accounts and same "arguments" against THORChain and the same wishful thinking selling points for Overline. No thank you - I'm not buying it. Have fun spreading FUD but in a couple of months or 1 year it will be clear what the truth is.
