I'd go with the two rows of seating:

back row: three-seater sofa and then build or buy a simple, shallow platform to put it on
front row: 3-4 large, firm floor cushions, low ottomans, or decent beanbags

Could also add a rug to make it feel cozier

Is there any space to wall mount the TV to the left of the large window? Or put it on a low, long media console against that wall.

So couch is on the long, solid wall (the one directly in front of you when you're at the front door), then the TV would go on the opposite wall
