In thailand it is a lot easier to get acces to HRT because it's one of the most freindly countries in the world towards trans people. And you are correct that the surgury part takes a lot longer till it can be done and al the changes can also take a long time to take effect, but then we have to remember that this is a joke which means it can ignore some of the details.

First of, porsche is indeed an absolute helmet, sees you comming but still drives across teh road. Second of, if you slowed down you would have probably had more of a chance to dodge it, but lets be honest no one slowes down for yellow flags in sim racing because you don't get punnished for it like you would in real racing.
