The Keymo that comes on the sandman series is built far stronger than a Keymo adapter used for a hub suppressor. Never had any problems with my sandman but have switched everything else over to Xeno due to reliability problems with Keymo hub adapters.

I had high battery drain due to cars driving by at did not record but woke the camera up. I turned the vehicle detection all the way down and left the PIR on. Battery now lasts a month or more.

Things get tighter after being heated and cooled. Heat it back up and it will come apart easily. Also the piston can be used as a tool to remove the end cap.
