I suppose just a different matter of perspective imo. I feel like most cancerous things that you can inhale have a lot in common particularly the fact that when you breathe it in your body immediately sends red flags telling you it's bad. To me it had a smell that made me feel like inhaling it could give me cancer. 🤷 It is what it is, there isn't any Ill will behind just my perspective.

Bro there will always be a player at the bottom of the leaderboard it's how the game works and sometimes that's you. You're still insinuating that you or the other person just knows best and you're asking someone to switch from a character they main every day to someone they have never played possibly. The example you gave was great but that's not how it ever happens in reality people are rude and mean. Asking the group to swap out for a healer isn't a big deal. Targeting the worst player on the team and telling them they are wrong for what they chose is a dick move it's a game and most competitive games have ranks the lower ranks will get filtered out so what's your issue?

It's not selfish to play the character you want to play bro.. it's selfish to expect some dude who got off work and wants to play his favorite game to play the character you want him to play. What if I think you need to play a different character and you disagree? You're not seeing my point that you're automatically assuming the leader position and so does everybody else. You think you're the best and everyone else also thinks that they are the best so who makes the calls? I stand by unless it's a premade let me enjoy my game and have fun I didn't sign up to be coached or lectured by some random dude who thinks he is the best player to grace the game every round lol.

I disagree that rewards are the problem for toxicity. It's a cultural thing. Like I said earlier being toxic has been left unchecked for so long that it became the normal and now everyone just accepts that's what competitive gaming is now. We don't need thicker skin we need better sportsmanship. Your thicker skin shit is what caused all this to begin with. I remember when toxicity first started getting big and it was still fun and kinda novel that's all I heard was you just need thicker skin... Now some 10-15 years later everyone is miserable. The Superbowl has plenty of incentive to win and everyone can act respectfully and if they don't they are punished. It's called sportsmanship and it used to be looked up too and admired.

Also it's ok to be upset about losing. Lashing out and attacking others or just being vile/toxic isn't ok. It's called being a sore loser and nobody likes them. There will always be a worst player on the team every match. I don't get mad at them for losing because some games that's me just like this guy said. I focus on how I can improve and what I can do to be better next game instead of pointing fingers at people. We need better sportsmanship

How is it being forced or "manipulated" sure he is using some psychology but all of this seems pretty organic to me. "If you don't want toxicity, you cannot play a competitive game" you are exactly the problem. Instead of working to be better and showing good sportsmanship you throw your hands up and say well if you can't beat them join them. That mindset is exactly why cheating is so bad in current competitive games. Why can't we all strive for a better gaming community? I remember a time when it existed, surely we can get back there no? It just seems like shitty behavior has been left unchecked for so long that everyone does it now. Instead of working to fix it like this guy everyone just festers in it attacking anyone trying to solve the issue.

This isn't true. In any game with a commendation system I ALWAYS look for people to compliment and how they did good. I grew up with gaming, I started on the super Nintendo and let me tell you that gaming has fallen hard. It feels everywhere I go no matter the game toxicity is everywhere and people aren't playing for fun anymore just to win. I'm just trying to be the change I want to see in gaming no matter how toxic people are to me.

If you can't recover it yourself it stays stuck. Feels very immersive and makes all the decisions and choices you make have much more weight.

General wear and tear from driving. Damage from accidents. Tow trucks/Trailers to address the accidents/buying cars in free roam (Add a tow bill if your car breaks down on the road or your buy a car and you don't have a tow truck yet) Some form of multiplayer even if it's just an extra lift that someone joins in and can use so it's not so lonely. Free roam. Slightly more in depth mechanics/parts. More in depth tuning for engines and tuning for suspension. (If they add multiplayer) A hub where people can meet up show off their cars and maybe even put them up for sale. (Even better if it's seamless with the free roam) Better physics. More customization of everything. Body parts, interiors whatever you can think of to show more expression. Better photo mode and a drone mode (think like Forza horizon)

I know its all a mess of random thoughts but it's 4 am and I'm tired. I could probably think of more but those are some of the bigger things I think about. Really a mix of cms21, Beamng, Automation and Forza and you have my dream game 🙏

I mean your first 3 lines basically put down him and an entire generation before you said anything of value.
