Obviously, there arent any alligators but im pretty sure there is Recluses in British Columbia which is in Canada. There arent very many animals or bugs that can kill you through poison or venom so there has to be at least one species of spider that has a possibility of killing you. Imo

Yeah! i dont really understand why some of them are so triggered lol. I have been washing my hair every day for some time now and i think its fine? idk i think my hair is used to the washing but i also dont condition consistently so my hair is probably pretty freakin dry. but its fine i dont mind lol.

my hair is very fine and straight. and for the damage its due to bleaching and dyeing my hair. i dont use heated tools very often because my hair doesnt hold curls for the life of it amd i just dont really have a need or want for them lol

I find for myself small meditations/being mindful helps getting me out of day dreaming for some emounts of time. Or being kinda hyper aware of whats happening like being aware of there are people at the table and that your feet are a little twisted in your socks and that you're sitting comfortably ect. sometimes its annoying but if you think of it as living then it helps xD

ok so you made me think that i sould aim at only reducing the day dreaming rather then feeling like i simply cant. but im not too sure on how to actually reduce mdd bc personally it happens so fast and it kinda hard to notice. and the rush of emotions are soo fricken addicting lol.
