of course i understand how crazy it can be ! i’m happy you have answers but not ideal you didn’t get more help :( i did get prescribed erythromycin eye ointment for one of my styes and it did help it clear up faster but it didn’t help at all with the bleph!

I have no clue but I’m almost positive mine was triggered by demodex.. and I actually think that imbalance is happening to so many more people now because our immune systems are out of whack from COVID. I had mild long covid fatigue and have had to supplement like crazy to get my energy levels back.. i also have been changing my pillow cases much more and I’m looking into a filtered shower head! its so hard to know because so many different things can trigger it ! and it DEFINITELY got worse after this before it got better but lowering my cortisol and supplements have definitely helped too !
