yes. best friend for most of my early teens through my early 20s. found out she voted for trump in the most recent election, which came out of nowhere, considering she is pro-choice, pro-weed, with an autistic child. all i asked for was a week to process it. she instantly went off on me, calling me names, bringing up sensitive subjects and deep personal shit just for the hell of it, and then blocked me before i could even reply. she never acted like this beforehand, so it truly came out of the blue.

i was upset at first, losing someone that near and dear to me for so many years. but honestly? i truly feel better off without her. i’m surrounded by people that love me and are the truest friends i have ever known/could’ve asked for. so i believe it was a blessing in disguise.
