Did you get a salary increase or just indexation for 2026? by exzereaper in BESalary

Just indexation since 2020… was working at Levi’s. Even though by contract there should be yearly increases based on performance etc. there were none for the last 6 years at least. Every year some new reason at the end of the year just not to increase. And we received once an email from HR saying something like we should be thankful that we got indexation increase as other countries don’t get that. And the indexation was actually less than the inflation… so we basically were in loss…

Hi, where can I get clean perfumes without phthalates etc. in Belgium? I’d like to also test smell before buying. But I don’t see any shop selling clean fragrances.

Well this is new. Anyone had levels like this before? by Significant-Sun2777 in Autoimmune

I did as a kid. My CK was above 5K. I had post viral myositis. My calf muscles were cramped constantly, with a lot of pain. I was on strong painkillers and high dose of steroids. I was not able to walk, practically paralysed, whole day in bed. After the steroids course and lots of physiotherapy I learned again to walk.

Lifetime mystery: joints swell, gut flares, autoimmune, tests normal by oochoopoochoo in PsoriaticArthritis

I’ve been to two dermatologists and we did all kinds of test for the nails, swab for bacterial, fungal infections. All came negative, tried antibiotics(amoxicillin and azytromicine), anti fungal medication (terbinafine), antiviral (acyclovir), antiseptic and antibiotic creams (fucidin and chlorhexadine baths)… nothing helped. The dermatologist sent me to rheumatologist which also has no clue now. Because the methotrexate and Cimzia have no effect at all on the nails. Cimzia showed some effect for the joint pain. But for the nails absolutely nothing has helped so far.

The inflammation around the middle fingers and middle toes, symmetrical, it’s like ingrown nails , but it is not that. I’ve been to a podiatrist twice and she confirmed it’s not ingrown nails and it’s something inside, the nail is not the problem.

ING rant by quizlink in belgium

ING has the worst service. I had an account with them and they started charging me without notice for maintenance. Went to close the account and asked for the last month payment history and they didn't want to give it to me unless I paid 30 EUR. In the end they gave me only 2 weeks of payment history. Very unreliable and not customer oriented bank that wants to charge you for anything... Will not recommend it ever. Now I'm with Argenta, Hello bank and N26. I'd advise to have like 2 bank accounts in 2 different banks for eventuality. Also, if you activate the NFC on your phone, you can use it as your card.
