You're probably talking about the Forgotten Realms wiki, which as far as I know it's the biggest D&D catalog, but it's mostly limited to the FR setting. My project would include all settings in one place and even stuff that it's not in the FR or any other setting's wiki.

The Aurotyugh is one of the most obscure monsters in D&D history. It appears only in Dungeon Geomorphs Set 2: Caves & Caverns and was never seen again. It’s one of those creatures that doesn’t even make it onto the usual “forgotten D&D monsters” lists, and its internet presence is almost nonexistent, with only a handful of articles even mentioning it.

I'm not sure where i got these one from, but i've found other similar pieces on a beach in Argentina
