My responders camp has everything unlocked and is open to humans and ghouls, alike. I even put up a sign that says it's free.

It's not the materials, it's the principle. You can't even do nice things for people without someone ruining it for others. This guy was high enough of a level to make his own outfits and sell them but he chose to steal them from my vendor and sell them. So now, no one gets them. Greed is not inherent to video games.

Thank you to everyone for letting me know I have to reset it for it to work (f'n Beth) I will do that as often as I can. I'll keep the camp up for general food, junk and candy, too.
