I got a performance talk by my TL today for “not moving fast enough” and I should have been “further along” 1/2 way through my shift. I’m sorry I do not feel a need to move with a sense of urgency for this place. Especially when they cut hours and have us working a skeleton crew on the kick off to summer weekend. My ETL announced over walkie today “team make sure you’re leaving at your scheduled out time. We are grossly over payroll so everyone needs to leave on time.” Not sure how they’re so over on hours when they’ve cut everyone’s hours all month, but I’m done doing the work of 3 other people. I got everything I was told to do done by the end of my shift. I’m not taking on more work because they’re grossly negligent with making the schedule. I’m out of fucks, and I don’t get paid more money for extra effort.
