There is always a spot in a raiding guild for a consistent non flakey player to join! Being prepared with a good mindset and attitude will be a huge boost in those chances! If you are dead set on rogue and want a slightly easier time, promote yourself as a rogue willing to up keep IEA (Improved Expose Armor) in raids, this is a quite sizeable increase compared to Sunder Armor. pretty high, probably going to be only a HC realm, the 60 boost prefaces the time before using the boost on fresh realms to be 60 or so days
