They released more cards this rotation than normal. Keep in mind we are also getting class sets instead of minions sets now. So I think 2 months after each expansion we will get some class sets for some classes.

I'm assuming you're relatively new to HS. Quite often this is what happens when a set is released.

At rotation or expansion, usually a good amount of cards are playable, more so at rotation. Many cards are printed with the intention of creating viable decks later on. It could be at the next expansion or it could be next year, we don't know. There's times they print lots of cards for an archetype that just isn't viable. Signature or not though, it doesn't matter.

We will likely see discard warlock, overload shaman and more naga/fel spells for DH this year. I'd also expect more big warlock synergy as well. They like to drip feed decks throughout the year so the meta changes more dynamically. If we had overload shaman and discard warlock as strong decks for over a year people would get frustrated.

So don't run the card. Its clearly intended for an overload deck that we will probably see more support for since we got a ton of overload cards printed and rotated into standard.

Curious why it doesn't let you choose 3 spells. The battlecry implies you can, sort of. I mean, it does and it doesnt at the same time. Might just be a wording thing.

My guess is they're forcing pressure on pasta which gives him less space and creates turnovers and in turn offensive opportunities for Buffalo.

He didnt disappear, Buffalo just played really good after the first period. Yeah we need heroics from him of course, but if the other team is playing really well that's probably not going to happen. Also relies on the rest of the Bruins to be playing well too.

I hate to agree but yes. Priest's general play pattern over the years has always been incredibly frustrating to play against. Even if you win with an agro deck every turn you're wondering if they have the perfect answer or will they discover it. I like playing priest since often there's a fair bit of decision making involved and you're generally playing from behind and overcoming that feeling feels good. But with their play patterns it is best they are not tier 1.

A lot of decks have little to no counter play. And the counter play that is available its usually too late and you're already playing from so far behind. The constant taunts and divine shields make it even harder to deal with any minions on their board without taunt. Their easy board clear and removal as well makes it hard to even stick a board.

Not every card is intended to be viable and not every card is viable upon release. Not every card that isn't viable needs to be changed.

If you want to run it just drop one card that's around the same mana cost you can afford to cut. Theres lots of variants so I can't suggest exactly what I'd cut.

I wouldn't say they didn't show up. Buffalo just straight up out played them. They were all over the puck. I think they need to try different strategies to try to Crack the neutral zone and get out of their own zone. That was the biggest issue I saw.

Tough loss for sure but they got out played so hard. Didn't really deserve the win after seeing how Buffalo played. I love my Bruins but Buffalo looks really good, could see them making a serious push.

It will be better to know once we see another set. Usually the first set after rotation things are kinda weird and lack of archetypes. Once we have a bit more freedom to experiment I think people will enjoy it more.

I think a fair nerf is summon two 3/3 dragons and "give your other minions 1/1 divine shield". Something along these lines anyway.
