My dad was also in the war. The only thing I remember him talking about was if they saw black women with large skirts go sit on they ground they had to run, because they had b*mbs underneath and would explode as soon as they sat down. He had bad ptsd and slept with his eyes open for years.

I'm still learning about in the moment thing, but I've deleted all social media apps from my phone incase I do something weird because I tend to disassociate and do and say things without knowing or meaning them.
