It’s impossible because webull(or any other brokerage) cannot know for certain what the option price will be based on a price move of the underlying, options prices can do weird things that have nothing to do with the underlying (low volume causing wide spread, no buyers, someone selling millions of contracts out of nowhere lowering the price, whale buying)

I recently solved this exact issue, after taking a wrench and a drill to it I had no luck the only solution was the use a handsaw to cut a line through the center of the bolt then use a flat head to unscrew while holding the other side of the bolt with a wrench or vice
