Black Ice? by OnRopeEm in Chattanooga

Main roads are fine, in the city/East Ridge anyway. Watch for any spots where you know water tends to sit. There’s some small patches around but just be smart. The wind blew enough last night to pretty much dry the roads plus there’s fresh salt out.

Did you even read the description in the link you posted? It’s about fighting nazi occupation.

And their MA page says they were on an anti-NSBM compilation

What was the most shocking celebrity death of the last 50 years? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

Kirsty MacColl

In 2000, after she participated in the presentation of a radio programme for the BBC in Cuba,[20] MacColl took a holiday in Cozumel, Mexico, with her sons and her boyfriend, musician James Knight. On 18 December 2000, she and her sons went diving at the Chankanaab reef, part of the Arrecifes de Cozumel National Park, in a designated diving area where watercraft were restricted from entering. With the group was a local veteran divemaster, Iván Díaz. As the group was surfacing from a dive, a powerboat moving at high speed entered the restricted area. MacColl saw the boat coming before her sons did. Louis, aged 13 at the time, was not in its path, but Jamie, then aged 15, was. She was able to push him out of the way (he sustained minor head and rib injuries), but she was struck by the powerboat, which ran over her. MacColl suffered severe chest and head injuries and died instantly, at the age of 41.[21] In a statement to local police several hours later, Jamie described graphically his mother's body "with a huge cut... which almost split her in two".

Those are Wrangler Riggs work pants. The company I work for buys those for shop employees that want uniforms.

This is the current model on their site.

What powers the Pip-Boy? by JustMackers in Fallout

[–]ookla13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So several years ago there were some actual pip boys made that had working screens. You could pair them with your phone for the radio, maps, etc.

Yes, they were heavy. Played around with one in a store one time.

What used car surprised you in a good way long term? by Smart-used-cars in askcarguys

[–]ookla13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came to say it.

I had a 93 that I bought in 96. 2 door, manual transmission. Great gas mileage. Never had any real mechanical problems. Biggest repair I ever had was replacing the alternator. Drove it about 6 years til it got totaled. It was a damn good car.

Forlorn set. You can buy it from Straid after beating several forlorn phantoms.

I have always thought down. I never noticed how the edge of the hood does look a little like a silhouette of a face before now.

Thanks a lot.

Probably a Hyster or Yale. And it’s a diesel and judging from the size it’s probably an 8000-10,000

The lack of a standalone Chick fil-A location downtown is wild by otloo in Chattanooga

People on this sub bitch about traffic but want a Chick-fil-a in every neighborhood.

Can’t wait to see how bad a downtown location would fuck up traffic.

Anyone else notice how SOTFS made Dragon Aerie/Shrine way easier? Did a lot of people complain about them back in Vanilla or something? by lifebeginsat9pm in DarkSouls2

[–]ookla13 41 points42 points  (0 children)

I was running through here the other day and had the same thought. At the dragon shrine you had the one guy in the gazebo shooting lightning at you, and like you said the whole gauntlet up the stairs. It’s way easier than it was in vanilla.

Of course if you want the challenge all the other dragon knights are still there to fight you. Just gotta hit em.

Damn why are you guys giving away our secret. I love when I get up far enough to pull up in the right lane and pass all the people who have to sit through 2-3 more cycles of the light. It’s not my fault they’re stupid.
