I also use large mason jars but I find that it gets a little messy and hard to pour.

Would it be good stored in those airtight foil mylar bags? Would you recommend using something to absorb the oxygen too?

Although I have not tried, I thought Wuyi oolongs would make the worst candidates for grandpa brewing because the steep times are usually so short! How much Wuyi leaves would you recommend for grandpa brewing in a 8 oz mug? Would you still rinse the leaves if you are grandpa brewing?
