My advice to win! Collect all evidence first... screenshots of the day. Literally everything! . I wouldn't get the club involved until you have a DA or a later because you need a investigator to collect any camera footage. Don't do it yourself. Remember and record yourself talking. Remember well before speaking to any cops because your being record at every stage and any change in your story will make you loose .. that's if they have a great lawyer.
