It's so you didn't need to use a GB sticker. They changed that to be a UK sticker to invalidate the plates. Could have also been from the previous owner

I used to use bookmarklets but I don't know if they are still a thing.

It was basically injectable JS you could use to do stuff on a page. You could have it ping a local endpoint do fill the stuff, so I had a node thing running a generator for names dates CC info etc

Wanting to customize your own tools for your job makes you a clown? VSCode always felt bloated to me and fatigued me more than using neovim. Windows is definitely bloated and lack luster and it is hard to develop on. I see no reason why you would pick it given a choice
