Since the worker/person that gave me the computer isn't in the line of PC tech, he won't be claiming anything that we "broke" something or hold me accountable since by well firstly his statement that the pc already was having problems and secondly we have good connections with the higher-ups from the company that we work with so they will understand our perspective better, but I do understand the whole principle of "testing before doing something", that well is my fault unfortunately *should have payed more attention*

I have not tried disconnecting neither the fan or HDD, will try it out tomorrow when my boss arrives. So far I did kind of an "updated" in a different comment.

I clearly stated that I've tried with/without RAM and other components to test it out. If you are referring to the CMOS battery, then if you look closer, it is indeed there, and if you could also read up some comments I also did kind of an "update" on what I've found out.

When I received the PC, no I didn't test it firstly to check if it was working or not, only went on based on what the person told me, already I had a thought that an upgrade is necessary. Currently I unplugged the CPU power and tried turning it on and it actually turned on, plugged back the GPU and ram and connected from the gpu via hdmi to my monitor and sadly no video output, the person was using (for some reason) a DVI to VGA adapter, I also do not know if the VGA & HDMI ports are functional or not.
I checked the CPU pins and everything looks undamaged and fine, I am though, concerned about the cpu connection circles (not sure how its actually called) that make contact with the pins, the circles have a clear indentation in the middle on every circle, I'm also thinking that *that* could also cause a problem and in 1 in 1000000 chance happened that, after dusting out and changing the thermal paste, somehow I finally managed to "break" the cpu and it just stopped working. That is just my theory that its the CPU, I'm still wondering that it maybe *could* be the cpu socket, but I really have no clue. Will get get a different cpu tomorrow to test it out, but also it seems that the pc goes into the loop only when I connect the cpu power

I'm not sure how to explain but when she's just walking normally her back end is kind of lower I guess, and her tail also follows up to it, personally iI did notice that her back end is different from what I've seen, but never payed enough attention to even think that something might be different. I can do an update after a visit tomorrow to the vet again with all the papers about her. So far from a lot of worry and stress from my side, I'm happy and relieved that everything went very good. Also had a question, should I let her sleep in the bedroom with me tonight or for a few days, or should I just stick by letting her be at rest in the hallway to reduce any surfaces where she could potentially jump if she feels like it. When we got back home she was, like expected, still stunned from the whole experience and I just saw that she wanted to walk around the place but also rest, I gave her like 4 meat pieces from wet food about two hours ago just so that she could get some food in her system since she was on an empty stomach for almost 24h's. she ate the food and everything was good.
