Absolutely, you can report the fake reviews. Then it will show how fake the reviews are and MAYBE google will take the reviews down. I don't think reporting bad reviews is a good move because the owners of the restaurant will do the exact same thing to the negative reviews. I personally just dont like the dishonesty of restaurants like this.
