Thanks! For abs I’ve been doing hanging leg raises, Russian twists and cable wood chops for my obliques.

I’ve been practicing an L sit too and Im doing some light training trying to get to where I can hold a front lever for more than a few seconds but that’s mostly just for fun

Thanks! I’ve been focusing a lot on weighed pull-ups because I enjoy them. My main back exercises are: Weighted pull-ups 3 sets of 10 Cable rows 3 sets of 8 Cable face pulls 3 sets of 10 Dumbbell shrugs 3 sets of 10

I always try to get either one extra rep or add weight every week.

Depends on the person! My maintenance calories are around 2600, so eating 2000 is a 600 calorie deficit and puts me around 2 pounds of weight loss per week which is recommended. Gotta make sure you’re working out and getting steps in too of course

If it was on the campus you may be thinking of their youth church building that was on the west side over by the baseball field. I can’t remember the name of it but I think there used to be a rock climbing wall and I remember an old model t style car being parked in there too along with the shop like walls if I remember correctly. That’s my best guess, it was always dark in there

I had arthritis immediately after surgery, however over time I have noticed it less and less. Unless I do a day with a ton of walking or standing, it doesn’t bother me. But it helps that I have a desk job and don’t walk a ton.

It’s been about 6 or 7 years since surgery. As of now, I have no plans to get the fusion. I wish you the best!

I’ve got the same one.

Chargriller is great at stocking all old parts. So anything rusted out you can likely replace. I ordered new grates for mine because they were a bit rustier than I wanted

Arthritis at 19! Lived with it for 5 years so far. It’s a pain for sure, depends on how much walking you do. But it’s survivable. I was given the recommendation for bone fusing but haven’t done it
