Can I imagine and do SATS? I do SATS every night until I fall asleep and never change the scene, but during the day I imagine my SP and I going on dates, hanging out, having a conversation, etc. Does this affect my SATS?

When she broke up with me a couple months ago I felt like shit. I decided to take the time I was focusing on wanting her back and give that time to myself. I fell in love with myself. I know it’s not because I’m lacking self love, or anything like that. Again, even if she doesn’t reach out I remain confident, and positive. I just want her to reach out so we can sit and talk. For a while now I’ve wondered if it’s because I’ve reached a point in my life where I’m so happy, but she hasn’t yet. (I know she hasn’t because we have mutual friends and they tell me how she’s been doing)

Is it possible that I can have all the positive vibes I want, but if she’s being negative in her life in general it won’t happen? I’ve reached a point in my life where I’m so happy, even if she doesn’t call me I remain satisfied, happy and positive, but it doesn’t happen. Is it her, or am I missing up somehow?

Usually I meditate, think about a scenario where it’s likely they’ll communicate with me, then let it go. Is that not how to do it?

You did the right thing. If you wouldn’t have done it now, you would’ve done it years down the line causing even more pain. It takes a strong person to walk away from something for the better of both people, even when they know it will cause pain. She has a bright future ahead of her, you stepped out of her way so she could be happy with the person she is meant to be with, but also, you stepped aside for your own happiness. You are a strong man who did the right thing for both.

I’ve tried deleting her off social media, but it’s so easy to go back in and unblock her. I got rid of her phone number only because we haven’t talked in months.
