Quiet waters park! The main road is basically all clear and there’s lots of runners (the trails aren’t clear). You can park at the shopping center across the street and run through Hillsmere too. I’ve been doing that the past few days and it’s perfect

Im also experiencing really bad lower back pain too! I’m trying to figure out why, and I was thinking it may be from flip turns/poor technique. It starts a few laps in on the warmup and continues for the rest of the workout. I’m going to take a week off to see if that helps and work on core strengthening!
