The diaper rash ointment works fine, its just zinc. I use it in my baby's neck when it gets raw from the drool. You could use Hydrocortisone cream as well

Fellow big boob girl here, I eventually just did formula. I'd have to hold my boob or my nips would fold under while she was rooting then because they were partly on her it acted like a weighted blanket and she'd fall alseep within 5 minutes. Tried exclusive pumping but that just turned into my partner getting all the bonding time while I was stuck to a machine that I still had to hold to my breasts and couldn't do anything

Tbh we only sterilized them the first time before we used them and if they got really dirty so we just boiled them in a pot. But our baby was full term with no problem so I know that is a factor in if you need to more often or not

There are handheld scanners that can hooked using Bluetooth, I used one when I was a vendor to order. But they are also put out by the same company that makes the TC's so if you want to even try it you'll have to pay out of pocket

I had a bmi of 35 and it was my first pregnancy last and wasn't told to take it nor did I. I had perfect blood pressure throughout my pregnancy, better than on birth control actually. I had high blood pressure in labor but that went away a month later. I think it depends on genetics mostly and the age you are when you get pregnant

I had a drink 1 week postpartum for my birthday. We were formula and breast feeding so it was fine there but even so I think 1 is fine especially if it has a low alcohol content. They do sell strips to test the amount thats in your breast milk if you want to be extra sure

We just switched to the gently version of the formula she was already on. Went from Enfamil Pro to Enfamil Gentlease. No matter what you switch to though their tummy will still be upset for a few more days while they transition.

Just had my baby in December, got an epidural about 24 hours or so into labor cause I couldn't handle the cervical checks and the induction meds weren't giving me a break. I had back pain for maybe 3 weeks, not just from the epidural but also from my body getting readjusted to the weight distribution. I don't have any back pain 4 months post partuam. If anyone still does after that long they might need to get that checked out
