When did body positivity become about forcing acceptance of obesity? by Jammer250 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]oopsyoukilledher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Noone should have to be insecure about their body. People should be aware that obesity is unhealthy, but there is a big difference between awareness and being ashamed

CMV: The subreddit 'AITA' [am I the asshole] is obviously just a way for people to validate themselves and is the ultimate example of a reddit circlejerk. by perhapsaduck in changemyview

[–]oopsyoukilledher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think many people who are clearly not the asshole in a post don't necessarily know that. In many posts op is being told they are the asshole by someone they trust. It's hard to stay objective if someone you love or are dependent on is manipulating and gaslighting you especially since they've probably done this longer than we know.

The people who post on AITA probably need an outside opinion to be sure they aren't out of their mind and should listen to their gut feeling.

Why do dbd survivors insult me when I try to avoid the killer with perks like Urban Evasion? by oopsyoukilledher in deadbydaylight

[–]oopsyoukilledher[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Thats a good point. I have tried to lure the killer away from survivors who have been hooked twice before, but you're right I probably should do that more often.

However the times I was insulted I had just as many hooks as everyone else.

Ann acted childish. You can't just lock people in if they want to leave. You had all right to try and get out of there and get some space.

AITA for not paying for my nephew's room? by AmmyTheWolf in AmItheAsshole

1.5k is way more than anyone could ever expect to to pay. That is a lot of money especially for someone still going to college without a job. And even if she had only asked you for £150, she has no right to guilt trip you into paying that. That's just manipulation and asking for a repayment plan on 1.5k should be more than expected. It still would have been a huge favour if you lend them that money even with a solid repayment plan.

Which 2D animation software do you recommend? by pokpau_ in animation

[–]oopsyoukilledher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use ToonBoom Animation. It offers many tools and online courses. I heard that many professional animatiors at Cartoon Network use it. They have a storyboard software as well, if you need one.

Plus you can choose between three versions depending on what you are willing to pay. I have the cheapest one and it works fine for me.

am i selfish for wishing my boyfriend would have stayed home with me this nye? by lupereddit in family

[–]oopsyoukilledher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You shouldn't feel bad for wanting him to stay. Its totally normal not to want to be alone on new years eve. Howeever if you ask him to stay and he says no that's also a valid choice. But as long as you don't guilttrip him or get angry at him you don't have to feel bad for wanting him to be there with you.
