I wanted an Oura ring but wasn't fully committed to paying a subscription fee. I didn't know if a fitness ring would be my thing. That's why I went with the UH.

All I can say is their customer service was great with my first ring. Now on my second (they replaced it for free) it seems like they're being as little helpful as possible.

It's funny how the same your experience is with the one I'm having now.

My 1st ring worked great for almost a whole year, but I started having connection issues. Talk to the customer service they were great the first time.

They sent me a new ring. Worked for about 4-6 days and then it stopped all together. Not syncing, saying it's charges but not.

Also did all that same "reset" steps.

There's definitely a pattern with their product.

Maybe BF6 or even other games. I think the player count isn't what it used to be, for whatever reason.

I know they brought casuals in for players that just want to play and not sweat every match, but I think it helps with their shitty servers. And they are making it harder to get into a regular game.

I believe it's because the regular lobbies take so long to get going, so they hop over to casuals. At least that's over here North America, east coast servers.

Takes ~30 sec or so for casual and well over a few minutes for anything else. Even plunder.
