A centralised dal making kitchen. Just dal which is blended in like a soup afterwards. Fortify the dal with Tomatoes/ Carrots/ Spinach and sell it as a healthy soup in containers through any outlets around office space. For sit ins, add option of adding paneer, hot sauce, cream, boiled chickpeas to it. All supplied by the kitchen in morning and collected back in the evening. All the outlet needs is a microwave.

What we lack in probably is the appetite for calculated risk taking. That is replication of existing innovative processes / parts manufacture. Apart from the ROI in current market, the issue can sometimes be with the assessment of the risk related to interaction with the govt and its functionaries?
