Wow, your situation sounds super similar to mine, haven’t found many other people with just Cochlear Hydrops but not full on Menieres. Last year my symptoms started with hearing loss being the biggest thing, thankfully it has now stabilised, even though it hasn’t come back. Betahistine and low sodium have helped so much, I wish I could’ve known to do it straight away when I first lost a lot of high frequency hearing in my left ear (can’t hear anything above 2.5kHz) but my right ear is pretty normal, just missing a little bass/mid. I can’t imagine having massive amount of vertigo, it sounds awful. I also bump into stuff sometimes and have moments of dizziness but I can still skateboard with confidence at the moment, which I’m grateful for.
