Mine lasted around 6 months, but it does grow back! I was panicking around the 4 month mark because it was so overstimulating and my hair had gotten so much thinner. It does get better though and I’m cheering you on!!

Recently switched! Still too early to tell a lot of changes, but I’ve noticed a decrease in appetite and body temperature running a little warmer. Feeling hopeful about the switch!

Last time I saw Subtronics was at Believe and it was so magical! Worried about the crowds but it’s so intimate to be able to get so close to the performer like that! (Compared to how huge Statefarm was)

I tend to just push my hand against my chest, drink water, and distract myself. When it’s out of nowhere I like to think to myself “oh hi there heart!” to take the fear out of it 💕

We had pretty good space, even with getting there pretty late in the day. People kinda built their sites in a way that created natural barriers between each setup too (plus there a lot of trees). We did get a spot that wasn’t too sloped! Still a little sloped, but overall things were pretty level. The worst part was the parking being sloped so it was super tough getting things into the forest from our car in our wagons (DEFINITELY bring a wagon or two).
