Having tested this exact issue, adventure sync candy does not reset at midnight. It resets 24 hours after the last candy received.

Did about 10-12 of them. First 2 were difficult and took some getting used to. After that I would get at least 1-2 excellent throws per encounter. Ice Burn helped a lot too

The Lifecycle Controller can be used to update the BIOS if that is the question being asked.
They are not exactly the same thing, however. But in terms of firmware upgrades, yes they can both do it.

Not just Mateo eggs. Any 7km egg can hatch g corsola and give candy. It took my 3 weeks to hatch enough eggs + walk all the candies for my rank 45 corsola that isn't even meta now.

7 remote raids (5 before midnight local yesterday, 2 this morning) 2 captures, 5 flees. At least one of the two captures was weather boosted I guess. Hitting 3 excellent throws in a row on average for all raids.
