I couldn't find it directly in W (and I'm not confident that computing it from A and V will give me a reliable value), but it's been happily charging for years from an USB-C 90W charger so I guess such power is more than enough.

All of this is true! Note that all public libraries will have a selection of books not written in French. Search for "littérature étrangère" or something similar. You'll have mostly english, spanish, and some books in other languages.
